			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When Jan graduated he was awarded a Gold medal as the best BSc Agric Student by the South African Society of Production. He also obtained a BSc Honours and a Masters degree. Jan presented Agronomy classes at the University of Pretoria as a guest lecturer until he emigrated to Australia in 1999. Jan has specialised in nutrition and product development since 1988 and joined Omnia in 1992. </p>
