Liquid High Yield Plus™ NPK 6.5.14 fertiliser, with trace elements, seaweed extracts and plant elicitors to promote crop health and vigour and stimulate plant defence mechanisms.

What is High Yield Plus™?
High Yield Plus™ has an NPK rating of 6-5-14 and is an elicitor enhanced foliar fertiliser for enhancing disease resistance, crop sizing and yield enhancement. It contains nitrogen, phosphorous, and is especially high in potassium, which is a vitally important element required in large amount for the healthy growth of plants. It also contains a range of trace elements, which are needed when plants are under stress at times such as flowering, fruit development and maturity, and during periods of drought. Most importantly High Yield Plus™ is fortified with plant elicitors, that activate the plants defence system, allowing it to respond to fungal and bacterial infection.

High Yield Plus™ is blended in a strong seaweed base derived from Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed. Seaweed is rich in natural plant hormones such as auxins, cytokinins, betaines and gibberellins, which stimulate growth, and contribute to increased yield, improved crop quality and improved shelf life. High Yield Plus™ is supplied in a convenient concentrated liquid form, which is easy to apply, odourless and non-toxic. High Yield Plus™may be applied up until two weeks before harvest.

Why Is Potassium Essential?
Plant structure is affected by potassium, as it increases vigour and strengthens stems. Potassium also acts as a catalyst in metabolic reactions to produce sugars and starch, in the regulation of water conditions within plant cells, and in the transpiration of water via the leaves. More particularly, potassium is essential for ensuring high quality and abundant
fruiting and flowering. It improves produce yield in terms of size and quantity, and enhances the colour, taste and quality of most fruits and vegetables.

Application:

Either
- at a rate of 7- 10 litres per hectare (in a 1% solution) every 14 days from petal fall to 2 weeks prior to harvest. Frequency of application may be increased at lower application rates.
or
- 40 to 50 litres per hectare per growing season evenly spread throughout the season from petal fall to 2 weeks prior to harvest. Using this regime the plant will receive required nutrients, growth promotants and immune system stimulating substances (betaines). Betaines also help to reduce the effects of various other stresses.
High Yield Plus™ liquid fertiliser is easy to use, and requires no mixing, as with wettable powders. Simply add the liquid fertiliser to the agitating spray tank. Being a true liquid product, as opposed to products in suspension, spray nozzle blockages are eliminated.
Omnia’s High Yield Plus™ contains surfactants and uniform distribution over foliage is assured – this is virtually impossible to achieve with dry bulk blend fertiliser.
